• Our services include the provision of iGaming solutions, distribution of software, and related services for business clients only.

2.2 Eligibility

• Our services are exclusively available to businesses that are legally registered and operating in approved jurisdictions.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local and international laws when using our services.

2.3 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made according to the agreed terms in the client agreement.

• Late payments will incur penalties or interest as stipulated in the agreement.

2.4 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

Sendosa B.V. will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our services unless otherwise required by law.

Our services are not available to businesses or entities that are registered, located, or operating from Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, Iran, Iraq, Netherlands, Saba, Spain, St. Maarten, Statia, the United States of America or its dependencies, or the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service or enter into agreements with businesses from any other countries beyond the aforementioned jurisdictions at our sole discretion.
